1. CHOOSE A MAT TYPE
Browse the product pages to find the mat that is most appropriate to your needs.
2. GET A QUOTE
You may wish to see a quote before ordering. All the quote forms can be found on the forms page. You will need a valid e-mail address to receive your quote.
3. COMPLETE THE ORDER FORM
On the forms page you will find the Order Form relating to your chosen product. Please complete this form, make sure the e-mail address and telephone number you give are correct as we will not be able to process your order further if we are unable to contact you.
4. SEND IN YOUR ARTWORK (Graphic-Mats only)
If ordering a Graphic-Mat you must obtain a good artwork sample clearly showing the design you would like us to use, a business card or letterhead would be ideal. You may wish to provide a separate sketch if you have any special instructions you would like our designers to follow.

5. RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND PRO FORMA INVOICE
Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your order and take payment details.
6. RECEIVE VISUAL PROOF (Graphic-Mats only)
If ordering a Graphic-Mat you will receive a visual proof of your finished design. You are required to check this visual thoroughly, as design errors found after production cannot be refunded. Sign and return the visual proof if you would like us to produce the mat/s.
7. RECEIVE YOUR MAT/S
You will receive your mat/s within the time period quoted.
